The first offering from Oakland's DYING FORTRESS leaves an anguished, bloody trail of triumphant melancholia amongst the cosmic diadem that is beset on all sides by the ferocious howl of the void…

Phantoms gather & assemble betwixt time, space, and earth to dance a whirlwind of cacophony whilst shining vistas mete out a cursed longing that reflects the dying wish of a solemn entity once proud, now only to be awash at the ebon-black shores of infinity. A king with no kingdom.

DYING FORTRESS reclaims the forlorn throne of bleak majesty left behind by the forces unknowable, the cloaked shadow of Rhinocervs and a bygone-era of the Golden Coast ritual cultists that forged the aural path lesser traversed.

The opening ceremony of the group’s inception was held on July 19th, in the Redwood Forests of Greater Oakland. The next performance is set for February 28th (with the return of the restless spirits in ARIZMENDA), details are listed in the images above. The cult has never died.
